Kiel Campo is a Towson Graduate, with a Mass Communication degree. With a track in Journalism and New Media, along with a minor in Electronic Media and Flim, Kiel has spent time interning at WBAL and at WHFC as a on-air host and DJ.
The Occupy Wall Street movement started in the fall of 2011. Thanks to this, it has spawned different camps all around the United States. It has started camps in Philadelphia, New Jersey and of course Baltimore. Since then Occupy Baltimore has staged many events that has gotten the attention of supporters, non-supporters, political figures and the city police force. Based at Mckeldin Square in downtown Baltimore, these supporters of Occupy Wall Street are determined to have their voices heard.
Death on the Camp Ground

Imagine walking past the same area everyday, as you go to your nine to five job. Then one day, you notice the same area covered in tents and people walking around with signs. Violence Around Occupy Wall Street Camps
If there is one thing the Occupy groups stand for, it is for have a non violent protest. Unfortunately during the course of the Occupy movement, there has been plenty of incidents at some of the other camps.
